At Stively, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. This policy outlines our terms regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for our Premium plan.

2. Free Trial

New users can access Our Free Services Lifetime Nothing will Charge From Them:

  • No credit card required to start the trial
  • Full access to all Premium features during the trial
  • Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges (only under 12hrs of Payment)
  • Trial available once per user

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Stively account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

3.2 Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations can be made at any time
  • You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial month cancellations
  • Subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation
  • No cancellation fees or penalties

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing platform access for extended periods
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges

4.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge:

  2. Include your account email and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days

4.3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Payment Issues

5.1 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • You will be notified via email
  • We will attempt to process the payment again
  • Premium access may be suspended after multiple failed attempts
  • Update your payment method in account settings

5.2 Billing Disputes

If you notice any unauthorized or incorrect charges, contact us immediately atteam@stively.com. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly.

6. Account Termination by Stively

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

  • Violate our Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

In case of termination due to policy violations, no refunds will be provided.

7. Price Changes

Stively reserves the right to modify subscription pricing:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
  • Current rate applies until your next renewal date
  • You may cancel before the price change takes effect

8. Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your Premium subscription:

  • Your account data and progress are retained
  • You can still access Free tier features
  • Resubscribe anytime to regain Premium access
  • Request account deletion separately if desired

9. Special Promotions

Promotional offers and discounts:

  • Monthly Premium: ₹99/month
  • Yearly Premium: ₹999/year (save ₹189)
  • Referral discount: Additional 10% off
  • Promotional rates apply for the specified duration only
  • Standard refund policy applies to promotional subscriptions
  • Cannot be combined with other offers

10. Force Majeure

Stively is not liable for service interruptions or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures. No refunds will be issued for such events.
