You retain ownership of code and content you create on our platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.
Our platform uses AI (Groq AI) to generate personalized learning content, hints, and solutions:
Our code execution service runs user-submitted code in isolated environments. While we take security precautions, you agree not to submit malicious code and understand that code execution has resource limits (timeout, memory).
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STIVELY AND ITS FOUNDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stively, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
