3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features and usage quotas
• Premium Plan: ₹99/month or ₹999/year with unlimited access and features

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• All sales are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit our systems
• Submit malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Abuse our AI services or API rate limits
• Harass other users or our staff
• Violate intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code problems, and software) are owned by Stively and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of code and content you create on our platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.

Our platform uses AI (Groq AI) to generate personalized learning content, hints, and solutions:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses
• Users should verify critical information independently
• AI interactions may be analyzed to improve service quality

8. Code Execution Environment

Our code execution service runs user-submitted code in isolated environments. While we take security precautions, you agree not to submit malicious code and understand that code execution has resource limits (timeout, memory).

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STIVELY AND ITS FOUNDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stively, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
